YAMAHA R1 2001 In 2000, Yamaha introduced a series of changes to improve the bike, and minor changes to the bodywork to allow for better long duration ride handling. Yamaha's main design goal was to sharpen the pre-existing bike and not to redesign it. The dry weight was reduced five pounds to 414 lb (188 kg). [5] At 127.8 hp (95.3 kW) at the rear wheel, top-end output remained the same, but changes to the engine management system were intended to result in a smoother, broader distribution of power. The bodywork was still unmistakably R1, although a few changes were made resulting in a 3% reduction in the  drag coefficient . The headlight housing's profile was sharpened, the side panels were made more aerodynamic and slippery, and the windscreen was reshaped for better rider protection. The seating area was also updated. ER_6F @ NINJA 650R The  Kawasaki Ninja 650R , also called   ER-6f   or   EХ-6 , is a motorcycle in the   Ninja   series from the Japanese manufacturer   Kawasaki   sold since 2006. The 2012 model drops the   R   suffix from its name. [2]   It is a middleweight,   parallel-twin   engined motorcycle, designed for normal use on paved roads. They have modern styling and features, with low-seating ergonomics and a low   center of gravity . The engine has a 180° crankshaft, resulting in an   uneven firing interval   of 0° and 540°.  Kawasaki zx-7R The ZX-7R has a 749 cc  in-line four-cylinder ,  four-stroke engine . The frame used on the ZX-7R is a lightweight aluminum twin-spar item, designed using  computer-aided design  to optimize strength. The rear subframe was constructed using steel, providing enough strength for a  pillion  passenger. The  swingarm  used largely the same fabrication techniques to produce a hollow cast and pressed aluminum alloy hybrid swingarm, and the  Uni-Trak  rear  suspension  system features a predominantly lightweight alloy and aluminum construction. The Uni-Trak system was designed to provide a progressively stiffer  damping  and spring rate under compression.
